Trauma support

In trauma support, bodywork is just as important as process work. Various methods are designed to regulate the nervous system, release inner blockages and support the body’s natural self-healing process. An important component of the support is SKEMA Qi Gong. This is a method that combines breathing, movement and energy work and strengthens the nervous system in a natural way. Furthermore, craniosacral work, which has a particularly subtle and regulating effect, is incorporated from osteopathy. Somatic Experiencing (SE) is used to understand trauma and its origins. This method assumes that trauma arises less from the event itself and more from the physical reaction to it. If survival energy is not fully released following stressful experiences, the body can remain in a state of alert. Through mindful awareness of bodily sensations and gentle prompts, this trapped energy is set in motion again, allowing inner peace, vitality and balance to emerge. Massage and foot reflexology support the body-oriented process by releasing tension, harmonising energy flow and restoring the body to its natural balance. The combination of these methods creates a gentle, personalised approach to trauma support that views the person as a whole – physically, emotionally and energetically. The aim is to rediscover inner stability, a zest for life and a deep sense of connection with oneself.
This support is suitable for people who are seeking a deeper understanding of their own processes and wish to improve their quality of life through mindful and gentle techniques. The journey towards a more fulfilling life begins within us – trauma support is a powerful companion on this path. |
